The Story To Now...
The Harbour Diner was due to open on Saturday 28th March 2020, you may remember this date as the day after Boris Johnson announced the country was going into lockdown. As a business we quickly diversified and transformed into a takeaway and delivery service over night. This service built us a brilliant reputation amongst the Brixham community which we are immensely proud of. We were recognised by Brixham Town Council for our services during the COVID-19 pandemic.

When the first lockdown finished and hospitality could reopen we opened our restaurant which like our takeaway service was a great success. We were lucky enough to be granted permission for a small amount of covered outdoor seating under The Old Fish Quay with other neighbouring businesses, again this was a huge success!

Throughout other lockdowns we have continued our highly successful takeaway and delivery service. We are now working with JustEat as an online ordering platform to make ordering even more convenient for customers.

IN 2021 we purchased our sister business 'The Big Scoop' located on the ground floor of the building.

We are constantly looking to improve what we do and listen to customer feedback to do this. Our most recent improvement was new table tops and a small refurbishment in the restaurant making it more welcoming and comfortable for customers.
